Mr. Smith was not completely satisfied with the house he had bought for his family.
Oh, it is a nice house indeed, a little paradise in the desert, but some changes would certainly make it more comfortable for my Sims.

Instead of fixing it I decided it would be wiser to rebuild it from scratch so I could keep the house for further use in different neighbourhoods.
And why not sharing it with you?

Lot description

Not unlike the original lot this is a two story house with a fenced garden and swimming pool.
It is aesthetically different - its new style more classical but hopefully also nicer to the eye.
  • The external structure is slightly different - probably the only obvious change is that the top floor balcony now has stairs which lead directly to the back garden.
  • In the first floor your Sims will find the main room (with private bathroom), sitting room with piano, kitchen and dining room, and a toilet. The distribution is completely different from the original house and your Sims will find plenty of room to place whatever items they bring with them to this new home.
  • In the second floor the original four tiny bedrooms have been converted in two more comfortable (but still small) bedrooms with shared bathroom and a cozy sitting room with bookshelves and TV for the kids to study and be entertained.
  • The garden has been re-arranged as the landscape was improved, and the swimming pool is smaller so there is room for a hot tube.

Requeriments

This lot requires Apartment Life. No custom content is included nor required.
It was created on a clean AGS neighbourhood (and the lot you get has never been inhabited) but a copy of the building was tested in my game without any issue.

Lot Size: 3x4
