Welcome to SEAVIEW, a beautiful location on the shores of SimNation! This map offers you the opportunity to create several distinct districs in your neighborhood. Perhaps a small town centre on the seaside in the middle of your hood, a modern district further down the shore, and a few mansions up on the hills?
The ground down by the shore is almost completely flat, and you'll also find flat terrain on the hills. There are also plenty of opportunities for beach lots.
To install, simply put the extracted files into your Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains folder.
In order to play this neighborhood you should have a camera mod installed, such as GunMod's.
