For some odd reason, the Mod Manager will not acknowledge this mod. I've tried to add it & it simply doesnt add. Any thought on that?

That because it is not a mod. Guess you haven't read the Installation in Description.

hi, I want to thank the (Perfect Gardening), plus when I add the comodo my house, he not be fixed to the ground, when I add not to the places you could help me?

When I'm trying to click on the garden to place it to the ground, the option "buy room" is not being displayed for me, then I'm not being able to place the garden where I want. Is there a different manner than buying and placing it like we do with a house room?

I'm not sure if I understand your question. You mean you cannot find this room in Build Mode?
That because this is a sharing room, not an EA room. You should go to Gallery to find a sharing room.
Read the Installation I wrote in Description please.

I think he means when he places it it's on a foundation and not fixed to the ground. That happened to me. I guess it's because the house is on a foundation? Is there a way around that?

Do you have an origin ID? I tried to find it here but didn't see it. I hate placing files in my tray folder because it's so hard to track anything down if I want to remove it. Thanks for your wonderful mods.
