I am huge fan of custom careers, but many of them have motive decays so wrong (among other things as salaries, icons, etc), and some even set decays to 0 so Sim comes from 9h job fresh as a flower. Do you happen to have some data on motive decays while Sim is at work?

I haven't had a chance to do much more than take a quick look at it so far, but this is the sort of thing I enjoy. Thank you.

Just for information purposes, I'm running LibreOffice (forked from Open Office). My desktop (running an older version ) the charts don't show. On my laptop, (running a newer version) it looks really good.
