@devilgurl - Cool, I'll add a link to your mod to let folks know they need yours if they want to use both.

Are you gonna make a food version of this mod?? (cause when people eat food on anything other than a table they reset as well)

Hmm, I had not noticed that. It's quite possible the same fix might apply. I can probably look into that one day soon.

Thank you so much. It's such a pain when your family has multiple children and they leave their homework all over the place.

SO glad I found this, I have an after school club for the kids where they do homework and play. I was sick of them leaving their homework behind, which you can't even move unless you go into buy mode. Thanks so much!

No, the bugs that it fixed have long been fixed by game patches. It's only still around for those who do not patch their game.

ok i'm still having some issues with teens "forgething to put they homeworks in the inventory, this happen when they do homework autonomous most of the times they just stop homework to do something else and forget they homework, when i make then do it then they put it in the inventory but the autonomous one still a little bugged, i have all the packs and the last update of game.

From what I recall of EA's fixes to this, any simple XML solution I could come up with would likely have the same issue. Sims sometimes just drop everything.

I had one idea for a solution but it's radical and would involve a lot of work. I'm not even sure it WOULD work, but the idea was to create a "fake" homework book that they use for the act of doing homework which would automatically get destroyed when the interaction ends. Meanwhile, the real homework book would stay safely in their inventory. Dunno if it's worth the effort though.

wow it's so sad it, because sometimes i really annoying finding my teen sims without they homework because when i was not watching they started to do in a random place and forget to take it back then i have to buy a new one, it even happen with kids but is much more rare than teens.
