...which is probably why there are sooooo many neighborhoods in Florida with mandatory and over-zealous HOAs now I remember those rocks, they got everywhere and into everything! And the then-homeowners let the weeds grow wild. It was not the pristine Sim version you see portrayed here. How'd you like to mow the yard next door? (With a standard walk-behind push-mower?) OUCH!
