Me again, and I have yet another blue-roofed building to share – this time a resort It has all the hotel necessities like rooms (7), a reception, restaurant, and also plenty of outdoor activities. The lot isn’t linked to any sims, all objects seem accessible after a quick test (I fixed things that weren’t fine), and it’s completely CC free. Two rooms have exactly the same style, the rest are all different, some ideas for furnishing are new, some are recycled from my other builds and edited to fit the purpose of the lot.

Activities:
  • Beach and ocean
  • Billiard
  • Cards
  • Darts
  • Chess
  • Restaurant
  • Painting
  • Sitting and talking

Room Prices:
  • §1020
  • §1083
  • §1256
  • §1257
  • §1355
  • §1550
  • §1586

Note: Ceilings in TS2 can look a bit glitchy after using CFE, so if you notice that the ceiling under bridges looks weird, remove the floor with Ctrl+Shirt, and immediately undo it – the floor with regenerate with properly looking ceiling.
To conveniently do that when you visit the lot with sims:
  • Input the boolprop dormspecifictoolsdisabled false cheat – the buy mode will be available.
  • Use the tool that looks like an eyedropper (no idea for the proper English name) on a floor tile – it will redirect you to build mode.
  • Remove the floor with Crtl+Shift.
  • Undo it (with the button or Ctrl+Z).
  • The ceiling will be back to normal

Edit: I forgot that the beach area flattens after the lot is placed in the neighbourhood, which means that things that were on slopped terrain in that area would be floating (and the terrain was slopped there before), I didn’t notice that while taking screenshots, because I didn’t look there, but now I fixed it and updated the file. I added two screenshots showing what’s different.
