I came across an article online about a year ago that was focused on mini homes. The subject of the article was a home designed just like this one. Unfortunately I cannot recall who published the article, so you'll just have to take my word for it. Cool story, right?

At any rate, I've taken a break from the mega-ranches I love to build and focused on something smaller. Much smaller..



This is essentially a 1 room home with 1 bathroom. I think it's rather spacious, all things considered. Your sims will enjoy the efficient kitchen, dining nook, and stylish living space at the "heart" of the home. A swanky private corner is devoted for sleeping. Outside are a variety of plants to enjoy, a gravel patio with grill, as well as a small garden plot.

Don't let the cold metal exterior fool you.. If your sims are up to the challenge of tiny living, then they'll feel right at home in the Mini Mod.
