This looks very good. Can the Sims water the flowers? I think I had problems some times when I used this border.

not the sunflower plant but I believe they can water the flowerbeds because they normally step over the border to smell the flower beds. The landlord will do the gardening anyway but I have the Perfect Gardens Mod so there's no hassle

I really like the way these apartments look but I'm having problems with downloading it, I have every expansion pack but when i try to download the apartment it says 'This content requires expansion pack data that is not installed'. PLEASE help!
