  • Game version: 1.67
  • To note: the cover image is photoshopped for 'roleplay' purposes, giving it that glossy real estate vibe to fit with the above teaser. Please see image two for the in-game, unedited version.
  • I used cheats in order to build the garage (next to the foundation): ConstrainFloorElevation false. Should be fine if you don't edit the garage.
  • Whilst Generations is listed as a required EP, I only used one item from the pack: the front door. This build is pretty much base game compatible if you replace the front door.
  • Property is furnished with necessities: fully decorated bathrooms and kitchen; there are no beds. I really enjoy when people bring their own personalities to interiors and make it suit their sims.
  • 25x30 lot (will have to place a suitable lot size in world editor. Velocity’s mod, linked in Additional Credits, will be needed to get exact size – though if not can just use 25 x 35 and make some slight changes. PM me if unsure)
