This file has been UPDATED on 04-02-2022 with the following things:
Catalog
- It can now be found in the Pond VFX section in build mode.
- Object's title has been updated with an invisible 'Bakie' Search-tag in the title.
• This item can now also be found by typing Chipmunk, Rodent or Rodents into the search bar.
- Object's description has been updated to new format.
- Object Thumbnail has been updated with (Animated) text adjustments & a rat/mouse.
- Object Thumbnail has been updated with a light green background color. This makes it more clear in the Pond VFX section that this object has to be placed on terrain. It can be used in multiple worlds.

Animated Invisible Mouse Hole
Just like my former animated mouse hole, this one will also spawn a rat each few seconds for an infinite time. But I also added some other very handy features to make this item a lot easier to use.
First of all, like the title already says, this object is invisible. So you can place it where ever you want without that it will look weird. Besides that I added a repeat placement option, so if you want to add multiple animals to your rooms, gardens or parks, you can keep placing.

If you want to place this object underneath or behind other objects (like a fridge,stove,closet etc.) there's NO NEED to use the Moveobjects on cheat. It's also possible to place this object where your Sims are standing.
Finally, and this was something Astor1977 here on ModtheSims told me about when playing with my former mouse hole mod: When placing this object behind or underneath other objects, it WON'T be blocking this object's interactions anymore.

Base game Compatible
This is a standalone object, so it won't overwrite any other objects in game.
You can find the Invisible Mouse Hole in Build mode > Pond VFX OR type Mouse into the search bar.
It can be recognized by my "BG logo" icon in the lower right corner of the thumbnail.
The costs for the Invisible Mouse Hole is: 3 Simoleons
