I've downloaded this several times, but the .rar file won't unpack. It gives a message that the archive is either in unknown format or damaged.

Can this mod be tuned to reduce the appearance of only evil witches? I don't mind the good witch (actually a warlock) showing up, but that dratted evil witch ALWAYS turns up!!!

Try using 7zip. That almost always works.
