Attention! This mod is beta, its need a little more work, because sometimes the animals appear but not the Sims and vice-versa

Please, let me know if you have any issue with this mod! I need feedback about the problem commented above
... and let me know if i wrote something that doesn't make sense, my english is not very good

Explanation: The pets are programed to appear in others neighborhoods, but just only in the community lots, not around the lots, with this mod they will appear walking around like a "wanderer" or walking along with the Sims

It is just a simple script that allow cats and dogs "NPCs" walk in others district besides Brindleton Bay
In the packages, there 3 versions, just choose only one:
Low: minimum 2 and maximum 4
Medium: 4 and 6
Invasion!: 18 and 20
Invasion! High Priority: 18 and 20, but with 10 but with higher priority to appear

Don't forget, to this works, you need to put the script too

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
Read the upload description for installation instructions. If nothing else is specified, do the following:
No Extraction Required (Script Mods):
1. Cut and paste the .zip file(s) into your Mods folder
  • Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\
  • Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\
Script mods need to be placed directly in \Mods or one level below that (e.g. \Mods\Scripts) sub-folders nested any deeper wont work.
Extraction Required (Everything Else):
1. Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
2. Cut and paste the .package file(s) into your Mods folder
  • Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\

Need more information?
  • Anyone can use both .rar and .zip files easily! On Windows, use WinRAR.
  • If you don't have a Mods folder, just make one.
  • Mod still not working? Make sure you have script mods enabled

it's like, why did EA decide to just have them in that one world? that doesn't make any sense.

Thank you for this intervention, I asked the question again recently, we do not see animals elsewhere .... My Sims go in all lots ... We'll see them now, you're awesome

Why would you want them in every world? They're annoying enough in just one.

I might come and get this in the future if I need it but currently in my game pets ARE showing up in other worlds. I've had both cats and dogs show up in Magnolia Park and in the business and fashion districts of Myshuno.

idk strays and npcs showed up in other neighbourhoods for me. maybe its a bug

Exactly, I wonder what is it all about, I see pets everywhere, also many townies adopts some and shows up with them in local parks in every world

Seeing the feedback here, I don't know if it is be necessary, but i think that I did it, I made pets and sims appear at the same time around in the venues (and not at the lot, it's don't be needed, since the game is already programed to do this), maybe I'll post it later.

Because there are a lot of people, like me, who want to see the bugs in the public areas of other worlds and see no sense in them being limited to just one world. That simple.

Updated! I've made change in the schedules to see if its still with the bug of Sims going away when pets appear and vice-versa

The mod is a good idea..but like others i see pets in all my worlds..plus if you add pet lot traits it also happens..thanks anyway

I already released a similar mod a week ago at Deichschaf Sims:

I have only seen them on lots that were pet friendly or pet hangouts.

It's a good alternative for those that having a problem with this mod script and not use others mod that alter the "walk by" files

And... are somebody here having issues with this mod like of random stop Sims spawns?

I tried both mods bienchen83 and yours didn't get and strays walk by in other hoods with either one, I did try the your updated one medium and got one or 2 strays and sims at the same time. try the extreme and got no pets walk bys going back to the medium one. I do have Fewer Random Townie on Community Lot mod in my game. I'm thinking that could be my problem. I haven't tested without in my game and yours I going to try it now and see if there is a difference.

As far i know, the mod "Fewer Random Townie on Community Lot" is not updated yet to work with the new expansion, its should be your problem

EDIT: Forget it please, I've made a mistake, I got confused with the other mod called "Reduced Random Townies"

Ok try it without any other mods on a folder reset and repaired game got strays but no sims. Same with bienchen83 on a clean no mod game no sims no strays but sims walking their pets as walkbys.

Thank you so much for this! By chance is there a possibility for toddlers to be able to do walkbys with adults, or for them to be carried by adults?
