You mean you could make the plants resemble their real life counterparts instead of generic food bushes? Who would of thought of that? Thank you so much - these are gorgeous and make so much more sense than what was given us with the game.

These look wonderful! Are there different stages of growing like with the Maxis ones?

Yes, they grow in the same way.

I have used these since they were uploaded and absolutely love them. They are one of the first defaults I put in any new game and I consider them essential. I'm making a large community garden now, and I was wondering about making some decorative versions to fill in bare spots (as it is, I just stole a few and moved them off the garden plot, but that seems a little iffy.) Have you made any non default ones, or would you mind if I give it a try? If I knew which mesh was the one for a fully harvestable plant, couldn't I just use it to make a deco one? Either way, really love these and recommend them any chance I get! Thank you!

Hi @Sunrader thank you for your kind words! I have no problem at all with you using them to make decorative versions. The strawberry plant mesh was by Bienchen83, but I doubt she will have a problem with you using it either.

Hey @Aysarth, I really like this replacement! I remember using it some time ago and then reverting back to maxis plants. I just got back to your replacement and remembered why I reverted back - there is always a function to "Plant" the garden plot, even if there is already a plant on it (please don't mind my game being in Russian, it says "Plant"). When I direct my sim to do this action, they just come close and then drop the action without error. Can you please look into it? It gets especially annoying when I direct a sim to talk to plants and I really have to click on the plant and not near it because this "plant" action will pop up. Thank you!

Hi Izveny

To get the plant's own menu, you have to click on the plant itself. You will always get the garden plot options if you click on the plot.

I've just double checked, I took out your replacement and planted new strawberry plants - it was not possible to click on the garden plot with a plant already on it - everywhere I clicked I had the option to water or dispose of plants, not to plant new ones.

In case someone sees this, I uploaded a fix for the garden plant options here: https://lamare-sims.tumblr.com/post...ed-garden-plots

they are marvelous! thank you so much for this masterpiece <3
(i checked them in game and it seems i need lamare's fix for these beauties asap for they do show plant options as was mentioned b4)

upd. forgot to mention, as i was testing them along with the pumpkin patch, they were planted on the latter ones as well as on their ground, when i sent a sim to plant many strawberries

I adore these over the original plants! Absolutely fabulous.
For some reason though, if you have SW's Garden Employee Controller, the harvesting doesn't work. Your playable sims can sell the produce right from the vine and that works fine. But if your playable or employed sims try to just harvest the produce to inventory, the produce doesn't exist. This issue doesn't happen for those that use MATY's BRY. Not sure if that's something you can or would be willing to patch given how old SW's mod is, but I wanted to post this here in case someone else comes across the same issue.
