This turned out rather well for (almost) no CC. The house looks fresh and attractive compared to the original. :)

Thank you so much for this beautiful remake. The rooms are much brighter, tasteful furnished and much better organized. It's a real must-have for my sims.

Thanks for this remake. This house was the first one I used when I started SIMs 2 many years ago. This one is one of my favorites to remake because it is so simple, once I even added a second floor for University and for a family home.

@Iharlamert I've put them on the underground omsps and then raised it to where I want it, so need to be careful clicking round those areas, or they'll pop back out
