Recently, Deastrumquodvicis made a set of recolors for the base game's "Wall Flowers" Sconce, which appears in Buy Mode > Lighting > Wall Lighting, and costs §115. They recolored the lamp's base as well as the shade, but their recolor packages only affect the shade.
What I've done is make a set of recolor packages for the base, and link them to the original textures. In effect, they're unhiders rather than recolors, because they let the game use something that's already there. Anyway, since Deastrumquodvicis has a recolor-with-credit policy, and hasn't told me not to share them, here they are.
There are 21 packages, each texture-linked to a package from the original La Croix "Wall Flowers" Wall Lamp set by Deastrumquodvicis. You can install whichever bases you want, but you will need to have the matching textures from the original set for them to appear properly. The filenames refer back to the original filenames, so you should be able to match the base recolors to the packages they draw their textures from.
Click the buttons to see composite pictures of the bases with their matching shades.
The pictures in this composite were taken indoors, with no extra lighting other than that provided by the lamps. Bases are shown with their matching shades.
For comparison, here's how they look under the same conditions, but with the lamps off.
The catalog shot shows Maxis shades with Apricot (left) and Pure (right) bases. The lit lamps have Key Lime shades and bases. The floor and table lamps are slaved add-ons by Psychosim.
Additional Credits:
Maxis, for the original object.
Deastrumquodvicis for the textures and the "La Croix box" palette.

This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
