Yeah, there's a lot more types than the ones i've put together.

I've only done the two types that I grew up with. Shepparton, where I lived from 1985 until 2012. and Berrigan Shire, where i have lived from 2012 until now.

If i ever get enough free time, i will google the design of some of the bins from other places and add them. Don't hold your breath though, I made these bins in 2020, and only just got around to releasing them.

There are so many bins! I got into a conversation once about the concept of standaradising bins just across the greater Melbourne region alone. So take your time.

I have done a huge update, and it seems that some standardisation is happening behind the scenes, for example, the Shepparton website no longer shows the Blue/Yellow bin for recycling, instead it now shows a Black/Yellow bin that matches the others.
And, if going by just CBD bins for all capital cities, For the most part they're that dark green colour with Red/Yellow/Green lids now (And an extra Purple one for glass coming soon in Vic)

So, i have done a huge update, It's up to 41 swatches.
One set of bins for each capital city, based on the CBD Bins. (So, I'm not doing random suburbs)
And of course, my hometown, and the town i live in now are still in there.
Also, a new set of BLANK BINS without city logos. Check it out :-)

These are awesome. I live in the East Gippsland Shire where we just have 3 bins, Red Lid with green bin = general waste, Yellow Lid with green bin = recycle bin and lastly Blah Green Lid with green bin = Green waste I believe we will soon get a glass only recycle tub but who knows when that would happen.

Information as i currently know it:
7 councils in Victoria already have the Purple bin including: Central Goldfields, Hobsons Bay, Macedon Ranges, Whittlesea, With Frankston to introduce it by 2023.
ALL of Victoria's 79 local councils will be required to transition to the four-bin system by 2030.

so, you'll get them, sometime between now and 2030.

Are you any good at Photoshop? as i could send you the .PSD file of the bins, which would probably be the easiest way for you to change the hue/sat... and after a quick google it looks like your bins and lids seem to use the same colour as the bin, so that makes things easier.
so it wouldn't be too hard to drag the sliders around and then import into a standalone recolour using Sims4Studio. You could author a UK Pack of bins :-)
