I'm celebrating my return to creating Sims stuff with my first public neighborhood terrain! I was a bit inspired by Sims 3's original neighborhood Sunset Valley and wanted to create a possibility for a city center that's not far away from the beach as well as having some nice cliffs! I'm kinda proud of this one and it brings more variety to the neighborhood templates! (I might even use this terrain for a bigger project but we'll see :D)
You can just drop the SC4 terrain from the zip file in your SC4Terrains folder and you're already good to go!
