Watkins 3BR 3.25BA FB $37,068 All Maxis content - Hack Free - No EP req.

The Watkins is a good starter home for a young couple starting out. It contains a walkout basement (good place for the ugly but necessary career/aspiration rewards), and is on a long lot so that you can add a garden, pool, whatever you would like It is furnished just enough to be affordable, yet comfortable for a young couple starting out.

Any house posted by me has been played in, so you will not come across anything that will not work (other than applicances breaking down) or that the gardener cannot tend to.

Note: FB is my code to indicate the house is Furnished and has a Basement. Makes it easier to know what the home has to offer when it is in the housing bin.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .sims2pack file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
