Piracy Career

Sooo, I've been working on that Piracy Career, and it's advancing well.

It's now morphed to 4 careers. Piracy(adults/elders), Trading(adults/elders), Exploration(adults/elders) and Navigation(teens/elders).

Custom Icons, all the custom chance cards, custom hours, custom motives, custom skill building, a whole list of the best of MTS2's custom clothing and vehicles to go-get, everything will be super custom for this set. It's gonna be a Cadillac-set of careers if you play with my Pirates, and for most ancient neighborhoods. More efforts but more fun! I promise!

Everything is nearly ready, I still need to verify everything for typos, and then I'll only have to make the Custom Rewards.
