I have tried everything in the FAQ with no luck. My Sims still have rough edges, blurred clothing, and are still pixelated. I've searched in this forum as well as FAQ. This seems to be a very common problem, based on the screenies I've seen here. For me, this is a recent occurance. My Sims were never pixelated until I started installing my own humble Bodyshop creations. It started only in CAS, but now its affecting all of my game. And that seems weird.

I've tried updating drivers, too. Here's my card info

Name: RADEON 9550
Manufacturer: ATI
Chip Type: ATI RADEON 9550 AGP
Memory: 128 MB

And a couple of screenshots for those of you who are not familiar with this issue. The Sims also look like they have "mold lines" down their sides.

And that's Bodyshop. Thanks in advance, hope I did this right..

It's definitely looking in your ATI control settings, to see if you can allow your graphics settings to be game controlled. The reason bodyshop shows up differently to the game is that they use a different set of graphics rules. Make sure all of your in game graphics settings are turned to high, too.

What is the rest of your pc specs? The cpu speed, amount of ram.PSU all can make the graphics look bad the card is also on the old side and that will play into the prob as well.

Please post more info about your pc.

thanks
