resolution

I am playing on a dell insperon 1150. The game plays in 800 x 600 resolution. Game graphics option does not give me any other option. Help I would like to play the game in a higher resolution. Dell support has determined there is nothing wrong with my video card. I also play on a latitude D810 and can play at much higher resolution. Can't someone plaease help me!!!??? :cry:

As far as i can tell, the Inspiron has an Intel Extreme Graphics with 32MB Shared Memory. This is the bare nminimum for the graphicscard.
The Latitude has (to my knowledge) an ATI Mobility Radeon X600 graphics chip with 128MB of dedicated video RAM.
That looks a lot better. I think that is the whole problem. Your graphicscard is capable of handling more than the 800x600 resolution.
