Quick question about light colour

Is there a way to edit the colour of the light produced by lamps? Alot of the lights have bland white light, even candles, and I want them to have a different colour, say yellow-ish or orange-ish. Can anyone tell me how to do this, or point me in the direction of a tutorial on how to do it?
