Recolouring rugs

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this, but i was wondering if someone could tell me what expansion pack rugs came with? Also is there anyway to get them in the base game? I only use my laptop for modding and it wont support all the expansions, but i really want to color some rugs to go with my nurseries.

Rugs came with Nightlife, I think. But honestly, they suck. You can't rotate them 45 degrees or put them off the grid or they go wonky. Just use these, which are base-game compatible and don't have that issue: http://ww.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=46922
