Hey all,

I've bult two houses on the same lot. I want to place the fireplaces so they look the same on each house, but one side goes shorter than the other. Everything is identical on each house, so I have no idea why it's doing this or how to get round it...

Thanks for any help you can provide.

EDIT: Just wanted to add this is Sims2.

Did you try picking it up, moving it, the putting it back into the same spot? I can't see anything obvious that would cause that to happen.

Yes, I've tried that... I've also tried removing them, saving the lot. Exiting it then going back in and placeing them. Still the same...

Place a roof piece on the top, pick up the chimney and then place it back down, it should adjust to the new height, if not, delete them both, and replace them.

I believe what they mean by "copy" is use the eyedropper tool.
