2 hairs?

i come back asking for MOAR HAYER.
i found these pics in sigs at the sims 3 forums...so im wondering where canm i get them?

image 1: i had it in the sims 2...i thought it was peggy or rose but i cant find it. is it pay?

The first picture is a little dark but if it is a beanie she is wearing then I think I have seen it on this blog: http://mysims3blog.blogspot.com . The other one looks like a hair from the sims store.
