Edit: Okay. I was horribly, horribly stupid about the first version of this. I overcomplicated it. That's why the comments below are so ridiculously off-track. I fried their brains with a giant sludge of text. In the interests of saving space, I'm recycling this thread, so here goes:

I would like to find two things.

1. I would like to find a long-sleeved, floor-length dress, with as few details on it as possible, except for, maybe, a belt.

I want exactly this. No, a two-piece set will not help.

2. I would also like to find a specific 11th-13th Century garment, referred to as a "bliaut". I understand that it is unlikely that anyone has made this yet. Please only respond to this if you are a history major, would like to be a history major, or have spent at least 20 minutes googling the word "bliaut".

Hello,
Check out these free items on TSR: http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/Neptunesuzy/downloads/browse/category/sims3

There are seperates for Teen-Elders.
Hope these give you something to start with.

Some lovely medieval-style dresses here on MTS too: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=365587 . I use these in my own game and find them very good.

Edit: Okay. Deleting most of this comment, because yes, obviously, I was unclear, and most of what I said here has been reiterated up top, now.

....
Also: I've searched the entire MTS and TSR database for both the words "medieval" and "dress".
Yes, I reached the last page on all four. Yes, I know there are (or were, a week or two ago, when I started this mission) ~60 or more pages of results for "dress" on TSR for The Sims 3. I reached the last page. I'm not looking for the obvious here.
...
If no one's made something like this yet, I can wait. Or make it myself, at this rate. But if someone has, and you know where it is, please do tell.
