i looked at the tutorials but they are not specific enough. i am a total newbie when it comes to recoloring hair. i need something more specific that deals with microsoft paint. i already been to faylen's tutorial, but it didn't really help me (there's nothing wrong with it). i just need a url to anoter website that teaches how to do it.

Do not use MS Paint. It is not a good tool to use. It's really more of a toy than a recolouring tool. If you need something free, use the GIMP - we have tutorials on using it which can get you started.
