She is just awesome. I have a few suggestions.

Her whole nose should be a bit longer, one click. I would suggest making the lips one click closer to the nose, but that will be fixed if you make the nose longer.

I would add a bit more of a pinch to her upper lip. Again, one click.

And no sure if you intended this or not, but her pupils seem to be looking to the right and up.

Otherwise, she looks awesome!

Just out of curiosity, do you extract the faces and edit the mesh or is all of it done in bodyshop? :)

I think she looks amazing, especially around the eyes and nose. You can definitely tell it's her!

Suggestion: maybe widen the jaw one more click? Your proportions now are pretty good, but her face seems squarer to me from the comparison photos, especially the last one (bottom right).

Very good job so far!! It's so close, but I think her eyes should be smaller and you could add some eyeliner to make them look less angular. Nose should be longer and nostrils shouldn't show as much. The part between her eyes bugs me the most I think, and it's a problem that I often have when making sims, it looks like her nose ends well under her eyes when it should be right between. If that makes sense :)

Thank you everyone! Really glad you like her atm but I keep thinking it just doesn't look like her enough so I'm going to keep working on her :)

Anyway I decided to upload her as Satine from Moulin Rouge so I'm keeping her ginger (however the hair above is not the final hair I am going to use) and I also decided to make this outfit

I have no experience in meshing so if I tried that she would look terrible. What I did was import the sim from bodyshop into "sims 2 pose" because it shows the sim clearly with good lighting and shows the textures at their best quality.

The mesh I am using is from one of these dresses here (http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=306041), but I'm going to change it to one of the meshes in the links because the I have at the moment makes the back part look strange from the side.

Anyway I have been working on the sim and the skin and I am quite pleased with the results :)

okay I have done a little work on the skin (It was mainly the eyes that were bothering me) and I am quite pleased with the result ! I can finally recognize her as Nicole kidman :)

Maybe the eyes a click more squinty? And maybe move he face up a click?

She looks really awesome, but perhaps the shadows on her nose sides could be toned down a bit? They're a little too dark, atm :)

As Vampy said, eyes could be a click more squinty, and if you want, you could try adding some sclera to them as well.

I liked her lips better before :) I don't know if it's the skin or the sculpt, but the tip of her nose looks too upturned. Eyebrows seem a little too frowny, and her chin could perhaps be a click shorter. She's coming along really nicely!

Very good. I am no expert on making sims, but if you could just put the eyebrows up a tiny bit, it would make it better. But if you can't it's great already, very realistic!

although i agree with Misty Blue her chin needs to be brought in a click or two
also (just as a vague suggestion) in the movie she is wearing alot of thick pale make up which might be quite cool to make as well as smokey sparkly black eye shadow...
