Will my CC show up in the game?

I have got Generations and have not installed it yet. What I am trying to find out is, will my (just recently working) custom content show up in the game? I have user made items and store items. I am hesitant to install the game because someone I know who has the game says her custom content does not show.

So please, put me out of my misery, will it show in the game? :(

Custom content works fine with Generations as long as the custom content is both compatible with Generations (usually only matters for hacks/mods) and is installed properly.

If you are using Mods that alter game files, check with the Creator to see if it's compatible. Store items shouldn't be a problem. CC such as clothes, etc should work.

So things like hair and clothes are ok? because that is all I have. Oh and sims and a few homes and towns.
