Sims 2 Mansion: Progress

Hi, I started making a Mansion lot a few days ago, and thought I would post what I've made so far. The design was taken from a lot a I made a few years back, but accidently deleted. So far I have a lot of custom content in this lot, but after i'm finished I will go over and make multiple versions(cc and not).

So here are some pic's, please be aware I am not finished and I will go over any blemishes with the design, but feedback is much appreciated!

The landscaping is very good - and though the interior pictures are very atmospheric its a bit hard to see the house layout. Do you have some floorplan shots?

Oh, now I LOVE this! You've captured... something... it's... great. :) I agree with Lee about floorplan shots. Also, I noticed there is a large empty space at the front-right of the lot - I don't know if you plan to do anything there yet, but I can totally visualise a small path leading to a mini, water-fall-like area, with plenty of landscaping, like you did so wonderfully at the front-middle of the lot. :)

Well I think it's a perfect space for a car if you have nightlife installed :)

Hi,

OK, so I've been off for a few months but am now back to working on this lot, and its nearly finished(apart from furnishing). I thought I would give an update:

Yes there is a driveway, it is under the left side of the house, as seen in the first picture, this area has a cross-over to the front area(garden area). The empty space now has shrubs ect. down the middle. The back of the house has a similar layout to the front garden area. I will post floor-plans soon.

Love the landscaping and architecture from the outside. Need to see more interior and floorplan shots to be able to make a judgement about the rest.

OK, it has been ages since I have played the sim's due to many things, one being, I really need a fresh install.

So, I will be finishing this lot, package, fresh install, test and repackage, then finally upload.
