Raised ceiling

Hi , I have found some amazing pics and would like to build something like this in my houses, but the only tutorial I have found was an outdated link. I have some experience with CFE but this is actually lower than a four clic , so deos anybody have an idea or knows where to find the tutorial? Surely there has to be one :)
