Error while create sim

Hi!!!

I´ve installed the sims 2 with all expansions packs. Ive installed the game, and after the fix for all packs.

At create sim's screen, the sims was at back of the carpet and he´s at infinite spin...

Do u knew how to fix it?

Im playing at my notebook:

Core i5 2.3 Ghz
4GB RAM
Intel HD Grapics 1306 MB
Win 7
