WCIF Certain Pregnancy Mods?

To be specific, I'm looking for several things.
First off, is there maternity wear that makes the bump much more realistic looking for the double layered shirt and the zip up shirt that Justine Keaton wore during her first pregnancy?
Second, is there a mod that has random miscarriages? I have an abortion mod and MC has "end pregnancy" on it, so I know pregnancies can end.
Third, is there a mod for quadruplets? Again, MC has it shown but I only have triplets and twins.

MC adds additional functionalities. Besides, the end pregnancy doesn't trigger any response from sims. The pregnancy simply ends, as if it hadn't begun in the first place. So I don't know of any miscarriage mods. And quadruplets are possible, probably. I don't know of any mod that does create quadruplets though.
