View Full Version : Better genetic skin blending?

I know AwesomeMod has this. It describes inter-swatch blending. Does this actually mean proper averaged rgb values, rather than picking a swatch from the parents and blending their shade values?

I'm interested in this (as well as anything that properly averages hair and eyes, and possibly one that fixes slider averaging, because it seems like it likes to mimic one parent entirely, and I'd rather it do this for individual sliders + average their settings,) but I'm not sure I want to install something as big and sweeping as AwesomeMod if I can avoid it.

Are there any smaller mods that are genetics specific? AwesomeMod DOES have lots of interesting features, buuuuut, again, I'd like to avoid anything that changes that much of the game right now.

There are also the NRaas mods, but those may count as big and sweeping. :) The plus to those is that a mod like Story Progression (which I believe is the NRaas mod that controls genetic blending) also does much, much more, and in my opinion, is the only way I can play the game.

Yeah. Ideally I'd like something that's just genetics. The other changes do interest me, but I don't really want to change that much of the game right now if I can avoid it.

I may install one of the core mods if I can't find something smaller/separate, but right now I'd prefer not to.
