Sorry for the lack of a name. :faceslap: I'm not good with them.

This started out as a modern ship-like house but I decided I liked it better this way.
1br/1ba, "formal" and informal dining, and a sitting room. There is no TV, but a bookcase, easel and computer. It's great for an artistic sim or retired couple. c:

Problems I notice:
The terrain at the back is uneven, I forgot to fix it before taking these pictures. I'm going to work on it when I play TS3 again.
I'm iffy on the floor to ceiling windows.
I'm not sure if I like the wallpaper on the second floor.
And the wallpaper in the sitting room looks off.

Opinions/suggestions? >w<

To anyone who remembers my last post here, I WILL be uploading the Country-ish Cottage soon. Finally. :P

I think this is really cute. Could you fit the bathroom upstairs rather than downstairs? You could just put a toilet in downstairs then. Love the wall behind the table - is it a fish tank or just wallpaper?

I don't think the full windows work with kitchen units in front of them but they certainly work elsewhere. Perhaps you could resite the kitchen area to a wall, perhaps to the right? And wondering whether you need two sets of table and chairs in such a small house?

I could probably squeeze it in upstairs but it would make the bedroom way more cramped. I'd have to do the whole roof over and everything to expand it. xD
I'll try it though.

Maybe if I put the kitchen where the downstairs bathroom is?

I made this with an old, elderly couple in mind who invite friends over for lunch and stuff. :P In that case, the two tables make sense. I suppose it wouldn't be a big deal to take out the smaller one though. I really like the formal one, especially at night.

And it's a "digital fish" tank, from LN. c:

I'll go do all of this in a bit and then edit screenshots in.
