Ok, this has been going on for weeks for me, I just hate making "help me" posts since I can usually figure stuff out on my own. Plus, I'm lazy. I hope I chose the right category for this...

More often than not when I visit any portion of the MTS site I get a little pop-up that says "Javascript could not be loaded - There was an error loading the Javascript required for this site to function! Please try clicking here and see if you get a CloudFlare access message.
If you close this dialog, the site may not work as expected.". The link takes you to http://static-files1.modthesims2.com/ and whenever I click it I get a message saying I should be able to get static content from MTS2. Obviously, when I do get that pop-up nothing works right.

I have tried using the latest versions of IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Tor (fresh downloads/installs of each). I have tried removing every add-on for each browser (except Tor, because of how it works), so completely vanilla. I haven't had any problems with java on any other site. I clear the caches, cookies, and whatnot on a regular basis. It happens whether I'm logged in or not, and it doesn't matter what page I'm trying to visit. If I refresh the page *a lot* sometimes it'll just magically work, other times I've just given up because constant refreshing it annoying.

Since I haven't been able to find anyone else posting about this (though searching the site is problematic because of this issue) I can only think it's something on my end, but I'm out of things to try and I have absolutely no idea why this is happening. At this point, I'll be amazed if this even posts correctly...

This may not help.. but which URL are you going to? www.modthesims.info or www.modthesims2.com ? You should be going to www.modthesims.info

My bookmark is to modthesims.info, but I tried the other just to see. No help LOL That's just what it says on the link from the pop-up, I assumed it was just an old message.

Oh, and I should probably say that I also made sure Java was up to date.

If you have Chrome, press F12 and click on the "Console". Load the site and then copy paste the output of the console to here.

Tumblr - Yes, I have a blog. :)

<Corsix> Why 'mod the sims 2' when you can mod 'mod the sims 2'?

Story books are full of fairy tales, of Kings and Queens, and the bluest skies.

Well, I would do as you ask Delphy but...um...seems to be working fine today (of course). If/when it acts up I'll hop right on this!
