Sims 4 Vampires Have Prefered Victims?
Hello fellow simmers,

I've been playing as a vampire Sim in The Sims 4 the past few days and out of no where when drinking from this one sim he says that her plasma is delicious and gets an extra positive moodlet, "Divine Drink" or something like that. He does this every time I have him drink from her. The target Sim is Miko Ojo, a premade Sim from City Life and the vampire Sim is my own creation.

Has anyone else had this happen?

I'm trying to figure out what made the game decide she is a delicious sim and if there are more sims he will find delicious or just her. Any ideas?

Some sims do taste better then others, I think that they change each game I have not kept a record if they stay the same or not.

Default I think I might have found the key.
I looked at Miko Ojo's traits via testingcheats and there was no special hidden trait but she DID have the good and alluring traits which made me wonder if it was one of those two that made her delicious.

So I created a new sim in CAS with the good trait but not the alluring bonus trait and moved him in with my vampire and POOF he is delicious too.

So I think it is the good trait that makes sims delicious. Feel free to test my theory in your game and share if your good sims are also delicious.

I should check this out sometime. My vampire family just drinks from their poor sap of a butler at the moment and they seem to think he's pretty tasty.

Not so sure that the good trait make them tasty I tried Lily Feng she is not good and got the tasty buff. Not really sure what makes a tasty sim, but I am going to keep looking.

I tried with a different good sim and it didn't work so I agree that it isn't the good trait.

I was poking around the xml files of the game and couldn't find what the condition to get the tasty sim buff is. I'm starting to think it might be completely random. I looked at all of the hidden traits that came with vampires and none of them looked like they would do it.

I played around with one of my sims and changed her Good trait to Foodie and that made her delicious to her vampire husband. Other traits are Alluring, Romantic, and Cheerful.

What are her husband's traits? Maybe it is a compatibility thing rather than one specific trait.

My Loner/Loves Outdoors/Cheerful vampire likes her Loner/Loves Outdoors/Lazy father's blood. Maybe it's not a specific trait, but a trait they have in common.

I am pretty sure that it's a random thing, one game someone is Tasty, the next that same sim is not tasty. Looks random

I'm starting to think so too. Went through the code and found some kind of comparison test that's done for TastySim. Can't seem to find where the value is coming from but I made two sims with completely different traits and ended up getting the Divine Drink buff.
