Default Dyed hair & Genetics
I couldn't think of a better title. I know you can't "Dye" hair though.
Anyway, if you make sims and change their hair color in later on is that now their GENETIC color or is their previous color still ...logged(?)

As far as I know, it's changed - because as you said, Sims can't dye their hair.
