This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Seasons, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default 30 Poet Place in Veronaville
This only seemed to start today (2/8/2017). I don't know why and while I'm suspecting that it's a corrupt lot, I'm really getting aggravated at having to bulldoze bad lots that become corrupt for no reason and replacing them. Is there anything I can do to fix a corrupt lot instead of replacing it with a different house?

I have a zip attached of the logs from the game.

Yes, it still crashes with my Downloads folder completely removed. Not sure what that means.

It means, alas, that the problem is not in your Downloads folder and is probably in the lot itself.
Ugly is in the heart of the beholder.

probably check if it also happens on other lots before bulldozing.

the Downloads folder is not the only directory that could cause crashing. CEP Extras can also cause crashing.

I don't have a CEP Extras folder. Another question: is there a way to keep a lot from becoming corrupt?
