Default Can someone help me find a mod for more facial features?
I am looking for scars, burns, acne, dimples etc. I have GTW as an add-on.

Sims4Nexus has a number of these items, dimples, nose details, eyebags for sure as I have them They are face details rather than actual physical mods but they look great. It's not too much work to add face details as they "stick" when changing/adding outfits in CAS.
