Default Diagonal Stairs on Foundation?
While building my next home for a future upload here, I encountered a little dilemma with applying stairs onto a diagonal piece of foundation. I've read in past threads that it's not possible to accomplish this step, which makes me wonder why EA didn't allow this in the first place.

Has anyone discovered new tricks to this or is there some sort of hack that can bypass this problem and even allow Sims to use stairs of this angle? If not, I'll just use the stairs on a straight stretch of the foundation, although it will be a little less like the original floor plan. I'll show what I mean.

Unfortunately there is nothing to allow this yet. I would put them on that straight bit at the front.

It'll be to do with the animations.

I no longer come over to MTS very often but if you would like to ask me a question then you can find me on tumblr or my own site tflc. TFLC has an archive of all my CC downloads.

Still can't see why they didn't program this feature to work. Then again they didn't include half-landing stairs either. -.-

Not exactly what you want, but with deco corner stairs you can make them look a little bit different. Huge Lunatic slaved them to the game stairs here:

As I was just browsing around, I saw this post. Look at image #4, looks like stairs on diagonal to me. (:

EDIT: Looked at more images, went back and forth trying to figure them out, since a few other sets look diagonal. Not so, it's the building placed diagonally giving the allusion that the stairs are placed that way.
