This does look more like a graphics card issue (as in the game not running properly on it) than a mod conflict.
When you set up the game prior to transfering the files, did you change any files (graphic rules, etc.)? Could be these have been changed, and your game is no longer recognizing the graphics card. The Nvidia 1000+ series looks to be a bit hit-and-miss if you don't set them up properly.
Could also be some ingame settings. I think the Neighborhoodmanager file, possibly a few others have to do with ingame settings. You may want to check this out, too. I'm guessing the settings from your old computer were different from your new computer, and wouldn't be surprised if this is causing the issue.
Pink flashing tends to be a RAM issue, or a graphic memory issue, and can be related to shaders not working properly.
