Hi, I'm looking for a mod that will rexture the maxis skin that isn't a face overlay so I can still wear face paint on my sim.
It's like the rexture for the maxis eyes but instead of eyes it's for the in-game skins

there are plenty of skin defaults (that's the term you wanna search for) but you could also look for overlays that take up skin detail slots instead
