Default I've tried everything but no mods are found
I got all necessary files and put them in the origin/the sims medieval(also pirates and nobles)/Mods folder...
And no one's suggestions work.

The files that are needed for the mods to work (resource.cfg and d3dx9_31.dll) shouldn't be placed in the Mods folder. You should put resource.cfg in the main install folder. For me it is Program Files -> Origin Games -> The Sims Medieval. And you need to put the d3dx9_31.dll file in the Bin folder. For me it is Program Files -> Origin Games -> The Sims Medieval -> Game -> Bin. After you have those two files in those two places you can put your mods in the Packages folder and they should work. Program Files -> Origin Games -> The Sims Medieval -> Mods -> Packages.
