This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default apiary
Okay, technically I'm supposed to ask this at plumbbob, but they keep losing my registration so I can't log in. Nevertheless, I won't take up space with a problem here. I will just say I have the apiary, but am having a problem locating the wild bees. If someone could p.m. me and give me some help, the mods can just delete this.

Thanks.

I have the same problem with Plumbbob Keep; I've never been able to get registered.

I'll just put a quick answer here, though. To use the apiary set, you also need the Wild Beehive set here, at least to start: http://www.medievalsims.com/forums/...hp?f=240&t=9120 You place down one of the objects which will "attract bees" and a hive will appear. IIRC, the first hive should appear pretty much immediately in one of the "generating" objects, but it takes a couple of Sim-days for another to appear after you've collected the first hive.

So basically, place the generating object from the Wild Beehive set, allow a hive to form, then attempt to collect it. (Your chances of doing so successfully depends on the collecting Sim's mechanical skill.) Then, once you've managed to collect a wild hive, you can place it in one of the apiary set's boxes, but I believe a Sim needs five or more Mechanical points to do so. Once you have a hive in one of the apiary set's boxes, then you'll be able to collect queen bees in order to start a new hive in a new box, if your beekeeper has enough Mechanical skill for THAT (I think they need 7 or more points), so you'll no longer need to collect wild hives at that point. Well, unless all your domesticated hives die, which is very possible. Then you'd need to start from scratch again.

I'm mostly found on (and mostly upload to) Tumblr these days because, alas, there are only 24 hours in a day.
