Hello there!

I don't really know how to phrase this, but is there a mod somewhere that can help stop female sims from naturally getting a smaller nose than their fathers, or a thinner face than their brothers and so forth? I apologize if this comes across as a little vague or if this has been asked about before, I just can't seem to phrase this correctly or find the right words for finding this.
