This is what I did so I took the package files it gave me and extracted them then I only moved the .package files in my packages folder ok so there will be a .sims3pack file and DONT put that in your packages folder yet make sure you have your sims 3 launcher open okay then go back to the .sims3pack file and right click it and click open and then it installs into your launcher that's how I do it at least I am pretty sure there are other ways though I hope this helped you

I have a problem I downloaded the files I've extracted put in the game .... now I want to know how to create these objects with the hospital and turn it into a community lot ... in the list that appears there is someone in the hospital you know how to do? thanks in advance

Alright. Great set, but I have major issues with Set II. I downloaded successfully but opening Miscellaneous Decor, it is not there. There is no expansions on my game. Set I worked fine. The item fix did nothing.
