Rojan - Rather than going through the agony of editing your command.ini file, just load Treeag's TestingCheatsEnabled mod, which you can find here (You'll need to scroll down abit to see the link). Then you won't have to worry about potential problems which may be caused by the edited file when you are patching the game.

guys what everything I tried to make the sims XP to max out it still will not work.
