This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default How to convert a residential lot into a Commercial Lot.
Running Windows 7 and have most of the expansion and Stuff packs for Sims 2 thru Mansion and Gardens Stuff and T & A, do not use Pets. No problem with graphics or anything else just can't find out how to convert a Residential Lot into a Commercial Lot or is it possible.

when on the lot type in to the cheat changelotzoning commercial go into neighborhood view and it'll be a community lot

Make sure to hit save after putting in the cheat. When you reload the lot make sure to remove from your new comm lot the bin and mailbox and swap it to a public phone and a public bin/trash can.
